MEAT LOAF 
1 tbsp. flour
2 lbs. meat loaf mixture
2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 env. onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 new potatoes
3 med. onions, quartered
4 med. carrots, quartered
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley flakes

Shake flour in large size (14x20 inch) cooking bag. Place in 13x9 inch pan. Combine next 7 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 10x4 inch meat loaf. Place in bag. Place vegetables around meat loaf. Combine remaining seasonings and sprinkle over vegetables. Seal bag. Cut slits. Cook 350 degrees, 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6-8.
