PHEASANT CASSEROLE 
2 pheasants
1 box Rice-A-Roni (wild or chicken flavor)
1 lb. mushrooms
2-3 onions
5-6 stalks celery
Raisins or almonds

Cook 2 pheasants in boiling salted water until meat falls off bones. Save liquid. Remove all the meat from the bones and cut in small pieces. Saute mushrooms, onion and celery. Cook Rice-A-Roni rice according to directions. Add poultry seasonings. Mix in pheasant meat, mushrooms, onions and celery. Add liquid from birds. Raisins or almonds can be added. bake in 350 degree oven about 1/2 hour.
