CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 celery stick, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 lb. Velveeta or cheddar, grated

Saute onion, green pepper, and celery in small amount of oil until onion is transparent. Add noodles, soup and chicken. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish and top with cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
