BEV'S BREAD PUDDING 
3 eggs
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
6 pieces day old bread or 6 sweet rolls (or a combination of each)
Raisins if desired

Beat eggs in bowl, add sugar, milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix together. Add bread (or rolls) broken up into bite size pieces. Mix in raisins and let stand for a few minutes.

Put mixture into an butter greased baking dish. Then set dish down inside a pan of water (about a 1/2 inch of water). Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
