PARTY SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can tomato soup
2 env. unflavored gelatin dissolved in sm. amt. of water
2 lb. shrimp, cooked & peeled
1 med. onion, diced
Dash of Tabasco
2 tbsp. horseradish, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
Salt
Pepper
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat soup and add cream cheese. Stir well until cheese is melted, the mixture will be lumpy. Add dissolved gelatin and other ingredients. Pour into well greased mold. This will fill 1 quart, plastic mold works best. Invert on large dish and serve with your favorite crackers.
