CHEESY CHICKEN 
3 c. milk (lowfat)
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta works well)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. diced chicken or turkey

Add flour to cold milk, heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add cheese, broccoli and chicken and continue to stir until cheese melts. Serve warm over rice, noodles or popovers. Serves 4.
