FRANK 'N POTATO PIE 
1 lb. frankfurters
2 cups (4 servings) prepared instant mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Slice 2/3 of frankfurters in thirds crosswise; chop remainder. Prepare potatoes as directed on package. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot pepper sauce, chives, 3/4 cup cheese and chopped frankfurters. Spread a small amount of potato mixture in bottom of 8-inch pie plate; stand frankfurters upright around edge. Fill center with remaining potato mixture.

Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese 2 to 3 minutes before end of heating time.

Makes 4 servings.
