BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1" slices
2 pkg. frozen broccoli with cheese sauce
1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Colby)
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1/2" strips)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken-mushroom soup

Layer all the ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Start with the sausage, then add broccoli and cheese. Layer the chicken on top and cover with can of soup. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees, covered.
