POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 onion, diced
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

TOPPING:

1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour, plain or all purpose

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese. In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, and oil. Add flour and beat with mixer until smooth. Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 4-6.
