BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 oz. cream cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
Bread crumbs

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir until thick and bubbly. Add onion and cream cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Pour over broccoli, arranged in covered casserole dish. Mix slightly. Top with bread crumbs. Bake covered 20 minutes and uncovered another 10 minutes.
