CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES 
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet butter, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. milk chocolate candy, cut into chunks
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

Cream sugar and butter together. Add egg and vanilla; mix. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix flour mixture into batter, slowly. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drop batter by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, approximately 15 minutes.
