JELLIED CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (or 2) tbsp. plain gelatin
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. diced chicken
1 tsp. minced onion
1 chopped hard boiled egg
1 c. diced pineapple (optional)
1 1/2 c. boiling chicken stock
1/2 c. salad dressing

Soften gelatin in a little cold water. Add 1 1/2 cups boiling seasoned chicken stock. Add other ingredients. Cool. Add 1/2 cup salad dressing. Mold. Serve on lettuce with additional salad dressing.
