CAFE CAPPUCCINO 
1/2 c. instant coffee
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. dried orange peel, crushed

Combine all ingredients. Place 4 rounded teaspoons in cup and add 3/4 to 1 cup boiling water. Yield: about 2 cups of dry mix or enough to make 20 cups of coffee. Calories: 40 per cup.
