MOCHA FROSTING 
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. instant coffee crystals, crushed

In small mixer bowl dissolve the instant coffee crystals in the whipping cream; beat on low speed until slightly thickened. Add the sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder; beat until thick. Frost cake. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
