MOCHA FROSTING 
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. powdered coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. milk, about

In a bowl, cream butter until light. Blend in the cocoa, powdered coffee and vanilla. Add sifted confectioners' sugar and milk alternately for a smooth frosting. Use enough milk for consistency preferred. Spread between.
