MARSHMALLOW PUDDING 
1 can evaporated milk
30 lg. marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries, optional
12 graham crackers, crushed into crumbs

In double boiler melt marshmallows into condensed milk. Fold in drained crushed pineapple. Whip whipping cream to stiff peak, and fold into pudding mixture. At this point, add nuts and cherries if desired. Pat graham crumbs into glass baking dish. Top with pudding mixture and chill.
