1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced & quartered 1 bell pepper, cut in chunks 1 onion 3 stalks celery 2 or 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce Grated Mozzarella cheese Basil & oregano to taste Pasta shells, cooked & drained Saute vegetables in 1/2 stick butter (or spray bowl or pan with spray oil) until onions are clear (microwave high for 5 minutes). Add spices, pepperoni, tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. (Microwave for 10 to 15 minutes on high.) Cook and drain pasta. Mix pasta and sauce together. Add cheese and microwave on high until cheese melts or bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with salad and garlic bread. |
