1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. jam
Powdered sugar

Mix butter and cream cheese with pastry fork. Gradually work in flour. When well mixed roll out dough very thin on floured surface. Cut with 2" round cookie cutter. Dot center of each circle with 1/4 teaspoon of jam. Fold over and press edges together to seal. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. Transfer cookies to strong paper which has been dusted with powdered sugar. Sift more powdered sugar on top while still warm.
