SAUSAGE BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. soft bread crumbs
10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. parsley
2 beaten eggs
8 oz. sliced water chestnuts

Cook sausage and drain. Combine eggs, crumbs and chestnuts, broccoli and sausage. Turn into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over sausage mixture. Sprinkle top with parsley flakes, then bake 5-7 minutes more. Serves 6.
