SOUR CREAM CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
A little grated onion
2 c. cooked chicken or more
Grated cheese
Flour shells

Mix together sour cream, soup and onion; set aside. Spray bottom of 9"x13" pan with Pam or butter. On flour shell put sauce down center, sprinkle diced chicken on next. Sprinkle cheese on next. Roll up flour shell and place in pan. Put leftover sauce on top and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until bubbly. Serve with chopped tomatoes and lettuce and salsa.
