EASY LUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. broken cashews
1 c. Chinese noodles
1 can tuna (drain)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Toss lightly in casserole dish, put 1 more cup of Chinese noodles on top. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
