POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
Confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix, pudding and poppy seeds together. Add water, cooking oil, eggs (one at a time); mix well. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes.

For glaze: Mix melted butter and lemon juice. Stir in confectioners' sugar until mixture is runny. Pour over cake.
