MEAT LOAF IN PRESSURE PAN 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. diced celery (optional)
1 carrot, grated
1 slice bread (crumbed fine)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all together and form into two small loaves. Brown on both sides in skillet in 1 tablespoon oil.

Then place on rack in pressure pan with 1 cup water, close pressure pan and cook for 15 minutes with rocking motion, let pressure drop on its own.
