RICE PUDDING 
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten

Mix rice, sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add milk and beaten eggs. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turn down heat to 250 degrees for another 30 minutes.
