NO CRUST APPLE PIE 
4 apples, sliced thin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. sugar

In large bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and sugar. Layer in quiche pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In medium bowl beat butter, sugar, egg and flour, add walnuts. Last spoon over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes (golden brown).
