ALMOND CRUST | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/3 c. ground almonds 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/3 c. melted butter Combine crust ingredients and press in an even layer on bottom of a 10 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove pan from oven and reduce heat to 325 degrees. |
