ORANGE-PINEAPPLE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden cake
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges

Place cake mix in mixing bowl. (Ignore directions on box.) Add oil, eggs and oranges. (Use oranges and the liquid.) Mix 3 or 4 minutes with electric mixer, making sure the oranges are blended in.

Divide into 3 (8 inch) pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees until done or toothpick comes clean.

ICING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding - DRY
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Pour pineapple and juice into large mixing bowl. Add instant pudding mix and mix well with wooden spoon. Add Cool Whip and blend together with spoon. Spread between layers, on top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerate. May be made ahead and frozen.
