1 Angel Food cake
1 lg. can pineapples, crushed
1 sm. can pineapple slices
Lite Cool Whip
16 rectangular cookies

Slice the Angel Food cake in 3 layers. Then, drain out all the juice in the pineapple cans. Mix the crushed pineapple and Cool Whip together. Then on the bottom layer of cake spread 1/3 of mixture, middle layers of cake spread 1/3 of mixture. Then on the top layer put the rest of mixture, filling in the middle of cake. After that, place the pineapple on top of the Cool Whip mixture. Then, crush 2 or 3 cookies and sprinkle on top. Place rest of cookies around cake. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
