ANGEL FOOD CAKE DESSERT 
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1/2 scant c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 angel food cake

Beat 4 egg yolks and add pinch of salt and scant 1/2 cup sugar and pineapple. Cook and add Jello; cool. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff; add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff. Add to cooked mixture. Pour this mixture over angel food cake that has been broken up in small pieces. This makes a 9 x 13 inch pan.
