MANDARIN ORANGE NUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (separate juice from oranges)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. walnuts

Mix together, cake mix, juice from oranges, eggs, oil and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Gently lay orange sections on batter. Press down to cover over. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes. Spread on topping (recipe follows).

MANDARIN ORANGE NUT CAKE TOPPING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can coconut
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. walnuts

Mix Cool Whip and vanilla pudding together, add pineapple, coconut and walnuts.
