BATTER PIE CRUST 
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Enough milk to make a thin batter

Mix flour, vegetable oil, and milk together, adding milk a little at a time until dough can be spread thinly onto pie pan. Dough will thicken as it bakes. Save remaining dough.

Fill crust with a canned pie filling and 2 tablespoons butter. Now thin remaining dough with more milk until it can be poured over top of pie. Bake until browned.
