COUNTRY CRUST POT PIE | |
1 fryer chicken, cooked & boned 1 c. chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.) 1 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. melted butter 1 c. milk Cut up chicken and place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix broth and soup and pour over chicken. Mix flour, butter and milk, pouring this mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until crust is golden brown). Serves 6. |
