POT PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp. lard
1/2 c. milk

Mix all together. Roll dough on floured board, put in pie pans. Fill with chicken or beef filling and cover with crust. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
