BANANA RICE BREAD 
2 c. cream of rice
8 lg. ripe bananas or 12 med. bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. cold water
1 egg

Mash bananas and egg in a bowl, add cream of rice, salt, water, oil and baking soda; stir well. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put 1 tablespoon oil in 9" baking pan. Bake 1/2 hour, or until top and sides are brown. Serve hot or cold.
