BASTING SAUCE FOR GRILLED FISH 
1/3 c. Promise Spread
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh chopped dill, parsley or chives
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. In small saucepan over medium heat melt Promise.

2. Add lemon juice, dill and pepper.

3. Baste fish with sauce while grilling or broiling.

Yield: 8 servings. Approximately 61 calories, 7 grams fat, 61 milligrams sodium and 0 milligrams cholesterol per serving.
