CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP 
Chicken broth and water to make 2 qt. liquid
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 med. chopped onion
3-4 chopped potatoes
1-2 stalks chopped celery
1-2 chopped carrots
Parsley flakes
2 c. chopped chicken

HOMEMADE NOODLES:

2 beaten eggs
Approximate 1 c. flour

NOODLES: Mix eggs and flour. USE enough flour so noodles are not sticky, yet not too much so they can be rolled out. Flour board and rolling pin generously. Roll out noodles. Let dry for 1 hour each side. Cut in long strips. Stack strips. Cut noodles in narrow horizontal strips.

SOUP: Put broth and water to equal 2 quarts in large pan or crock pot. Bring to rolling boil. Add noodles. Bring to boil and turn down. Stir occasionally. Add rest of ingredients. Cook slowly. May need to add water and salt.
