CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKES 
3 whole chicken breasts
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes
2 tbsp. parsley
Hot noodles or rice

In 12" skillet cook garlic in butter 15 seconds. Cut up chicken in bite size pieces and add to garlic. Cook on each side 5 minutes. In medium mixing bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese, wine and Parmesan. Add to skillet. Cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes. Add artichokes, cook 2 minutes longer. Serve over noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
