CHICKEN BROCCOLI STIR FRY 
4 cooked chicken breasts
1 bunch of cooked broccoli
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 (12 oz.) can bean sprouts
1 (8 oz.) can bambo shoots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. ginger
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. of oil
4 c. cooked rice
1 bag of fried noodles
Soy sauce

Stir-fry first 9 ingredients in 2 tablespoons of hot oil. Stir until just tender. Serve over rice and top with noodles and soy sauce.
