BAR:

1 box butter cake mix
1 stick soft butter
1 egg
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
4 eggs

BAR: Spray 9"x11" dish or pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pan and topping over batter.

TOPPING: Beat with mixer. Bake 45 minutes or until brown. Cut into bars when cool.
