ORANGE REFRIGERATOR DESSERT 
1/2 angel food cake
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Orange rind, grated for top

Break cake in small pieces. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water. Mix orange juice and sugar; blend into gelatin. Mix gelatin mixture and whipped cream. Pour over cake. Chill. Sprinkle orange rind on top. Cut into squares and serve.
