2 pkgs. orange Jello (or 1 lg. pkg.)
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in water; add other ingredients. Chill several hours.
