JULIE'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream; blend well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, 4 hours. Top with fruit desired.
