MEXICALI CHICKEN 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
6 oz. cream cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies, chopped
3 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 (6 3/4 oz.) bag Doritos
2 c. grated mild Cracker Barrel cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs
Pimiento strips

Heat together soup, milk, and salt. Stir in cottage cheese and cream cheese. Add poultry seasoning, onion, chilies, and chicken. In a casserole, layer Doritos, chicken mixture, and Cheddar cheese. Repeat layers, and sprinkle with Parmesan and bread crumbs. Garnish with pimientos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
