PIZZA BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs (1/2 slice bread)
1 egg
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
Salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Toppings of choice
Shredded mozzarella
Hamburger rolls, optional

In medium bowl blend beef, onion, crumbs, egg, and bouillon granules. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 4 patties and arrange on microwave roasting rack or bacon rack.

Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes until lightly cooked around edges of patties. Turn each patty over and rearrange so outside edges are toward rack.

In small cup combine ketchup and oregano. Divide mixture evenly onto center of each patty. Top each patty with choice of toppings and Mozzarella. Finish microwaving on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes until patties are done as desired. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
