CHOCO CARAMEL TOP HATS | |
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels 1/4 c. whipping cream 2 c. walnuts 6 oz. chocolate chips Unwrap caramels and combine with cream in top of double boiler. Heat over simmering water about 1 hour. Stir until smooth. Break walnuts coarsely and stir it. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a buttered cookie sheet. Let stand until firm. Meanwhile, heat chocolate chips over hot water until melted. Spread on top of caramels. Let stand until firm. |
