MAMA'S CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) apricot gelatin
1 med. can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
12 oz. whipped topping

Heat gelatin with pineapple until gelatin is dissolved. Cool. Add 2 cups buttermilk to mixture. Blend. Add whipped topping. Congeal in refrigerator.
