MICROWAVE CRACK JACKS | |
6 qt. popped corn, unsalted and put into a large brown grocery bag 1 stick butter 1/4 c. white Karo syrup 1 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt In medium size bowl put last 4 ingredients. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 2 more minutes. Then add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir. Pour over popped corn and shake bag very well. Roll bag top and put in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Take bag out and shake real good again. Put back in microwave for another 30 seconds. Pour out on waxed paper. |
