BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. nutmeats
1 1/2 c. graham flour
1 c. white flour
3/4 c. warm water

Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake in loaf tin. Makes two small loaves or 1 large.
