1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 can milk (from ice box whole or 2%)
1 block sharp cheese
Lg. package of nacho or taco flavored Doritos

Brown hamburger meat; drain and set aside. In large saucepan mix all soups, enchilada sauce, and milk together. Pour into 1 of cans and then into soup mixture. Low heat until soup mixture mixes good; drain hamburger and pour in soup mixture, stirring every once in awhile, and watching to keep from burning.

Meanwhile in large bowl, pour Doritos and cheddar cheese. Mix well, then pour the soup mixture over Doritos, serve with a tossed green salad and a meal it is.

This mixture can be frozen and use for a later date what's left. I makes a big bunch for big crowd. I've never seen anyone turn this meal down. This is a Christmas Eve special (around our house). With dips, salad, and happy times.
