BRUNCH BREAK 
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/3 c. sliced black olives
8 oz. shredded black olives
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
12-15 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk

Day before butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Place bread cubes on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with excessive order of ingredients. In large bowl beat eggs and milk. Pour over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or test in middle until knife comes out clean. Remove cover last 5 minutes.
